Rodrigue Escayola is quoted in the article “It’s tough to kick someone out of their castle,” in the November, 2012 edition of Canadian Lawyer magazine. In the article Rodrigue discusses cases where Condominium Corporations attempted to force unit owners from their condominiums for their “miscreant” behavior, where the owners were rude, irresponsible and in some cases violent.

 “I’m hoping that the judge was right in giving the person a chance to redeem herself but I don’t have a lot of hope. The consequences of this are that the owners are stuck and forced to continue to live with the aggressor,”
