I live in townhouse complex, I am the owner of an end unit.

I am having the same problem. Owners would allow their pets to poop on the lawn that I am responsible for. I have sent emails to the board about the situation. They try their best to talk to the pet owners, but it's an on going problem. Do you have any solution to this problem?
