It's Raining Cats and Dogs: A Success Story

Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend our recent seminar, “It’s Raining Cats and Dogs: Everything a Condominium Corporation Needs to Know about Pets”. We were overwhelmed with positive comments and are pleased that so many of you found it to be interesting and informative. We know of at least one pet who showed a keen interest in our presentation – take a look at the photo below of our furry friend Athena.

Question regarding the board's responsibility to allow City Bylaw enforcement access to the secure areas of the tower for bylaw enforcement.

In particular, if the city wants to send in the Humane Society to check on pet registration and issue warnings due to complaints from residents does the board have to let the Bylaw Enforcement workers in? Or should the board (through security) block access to the building?
