Despite anecdotal reports of a condominium slowdown, construction of Toronto skyscrapers is continuing at a rapid pace.

Over at Canadian Business magazine’s website, they’ve posted some of 17 year-old Cale Vanderveen astonishing images of what Toronto will look like once all of the construction cranes in the downtown core have finished their work:

It is clear that Toronto is about to get a lot more crowded – thankfully, the city’s new streetcars are expected to enter service in 2014.
